      The Southeastern Martial Arts Association is currently accepting nominations for the 2011 Southeastern Martial Arts Hall of Fame in the following categories:

American Eagle Lifetime Achievement Award

This is the highest level of recognition issued by the Southeastern Martial Arts Association. Nominee must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for this award:

• Must have given a lifetime of commitment to the martial arts.

• Must be a Master level instructor with over 25 years at black belt level.

• Must be the Founder of a Martial Arts Organization which promotes the martial arts under a positive light.

• Must be nominated by a minimum of three (3) Martial Arts Masters for consideration.

• Must have a Military or Law Enforcement background.

Four Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 40 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Triple Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 35 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Double Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 30 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Diamond Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 25 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Gold Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 20 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Silver Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 15 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.

Bronze Lifetime Achievement Award

• Nominee must have over 10 years as a Black Belt to be eligible for award.
